Beta Star offers a full range of biotechnology/pharmaceutical (biopharma) autoclave sterilizers with specifically engineered features that are manufactured to Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) regulations to meet the FDA’s stringent compliance requirements. In addition, we provide expert installation and validation services to get your equipment up and running in new and existing facilities.

Our autoclaves make your drug development processes more profitable by protecting your research processes through repeatable and validatable results. Each sterilizer is outfitted with a range of cycle options including isothermal, air-over-pressure, and BSL-3 effluent.

Sanitizing Biohazards

Sterilizing high-level biohazards at Biocontainment Level 3 Hazard labs requires a BSL-3 effluent filter, which keeps any pathogens from existing the chamber before the sterilization process is complete.
